fast response helpful staff beautiful terrace
the staff responded fast to messages about recommendations. the room featured a beautiful terrace. the location is perfect with restaurants and cafes nearby.
the guesthouse is a bit far from the main tourist areas and requires a long walk to reach them.

a perfect little haven
secure feeling thoughtful amenities quiet atmosphere luggage storage
i felt secure . the provided amenities upon arrival were thoughtful. the neighborhood presented a quiet atmosphere, awesome for peaceful rest. the staff helped me find secure luggage storage after i checked out (i really needed that!).
The shower presented minor inconsistencies. The water temperature fluctuated slightly, and the water pressure was not always consistent.

the hotel is situated in a quiet area away from the central bustle (yet still very walkable!). the city center is accessible within a reasonable 10-15 minute walk. the location offered a pleasant balance between tranquility and convenience.

a mixed bag. really.
unstable water temperature frequent power cuts
the breakfast was alright. nothing special, but it filled a hole.
the shower was an absolute disaster. the water temperature fluctuated wildly, going from freezing to scalding hot in seconds. the power kept cutting out in the room, causing all the lights and the tv to shut off for a minute or so. this was quite annoying.

perfect stay close to center
early luggage drop off individual climate control daily replenishment available lift
i found the staff accommodating regarding an early luggage drop off prior to check-in time. the room had individual climate control and i used it to adjust the temperature. housekeeping ensured daily replenishment of toiletries and towels. a lift was available and i used it to access upper floors with luggage.
the mini fridge did not seem to get very cold.

the guest house is a ten-minute walk from the city center and resides in a quiet neighbourhood. its location is in a beautiful building that is outside the ztl zone and provides an underground parking lot close to the facility.

the guest house provides complimentary coffee throughout the day as well as tea options. a breakfast can be ordered during the morning hours with many options on the menu. the staff were amazing and accommodated every request i had without hesitation.

The room design felt light upon entry. the staff was friendly. He introduced me to hotel facilities. he also prepared a brochure with information about attractions.
the shower was not good! the water switched from hot to cold. the water pressure was nonexistent. power cuts occurred in the room with lights and tv shorting then returning.

nicola at the front desk is great and happy to give information for my trip. breakfasts were also good. the staff gave me a map and showed me good places to eat when i arrived. they were very friendly
